Obvio Communications, Inc. ("Obvio") is a leading provider of Web and Phone Conferencing services. We have developed this Web site (the "Obvio Site") to provide you with access to our services. We understand your need for privacy when using the Web for your communication. This policy discloses Obvio's practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of user information collected through the Obvio Site and through your use of Obvio services.

We will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when, among other things, you register on the Obvio Site, use one of our services, fill out a survey, make a request for information, or enter a sweepstakes or contest through the Obvio Site. We will use the Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances to operate the Obvio Site, to provision, deliver, bill and collect for services as well as provide information that you request from the Obvio Site ("Primary Use").

Unless you instruct us not to do so, Obvio may also use the Personal Information that you provide us to contact you regarding additional or new services and features offered by Obvio, special offers by Obvio, or important information regarding Obvio ("Obvio Secondary Use"). In addition, with your permission, we may provide your Personal Information to other companies who may contact you regarding products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you, but that are not directly related to Obvio or the Obvio Site ("Third Party Secondary Use").

Choice

As we noted in the section above, we will not use your Personal Information for any Third Party Secondary Uses unless you affirmatively choose to participate in such Secondary Uses. You may also stop the delivery of informational or promotional mail from us by following the instructions included in the informational or promotional mail itself.

Access

When you register to use any of the services offered by Obvio, Obvio will send you a confirmation of your registration showing the Personal Information that we obtained from your registration. Also, whenever possible, we will take reasonable steps to give you the opportunity to confirm and/or modify your Personal Information.

Security

The Personal Information that we collect from you is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the general public. In the case of credit card numbers and other financial information, your Personal Information is encrypted for even greater protection. However, the other sites that you may access through the Obvio Site may have different security practices and you should familiarize yourself with those practices.

If at any time you believe that we have violated any of these Policies, please notify us by email at info@obvioweb.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate and remedy the problem.

Disclosure for Legal Purposes

Also, in the event that Obvio or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Personal Information will be one of the transferred assets.

Please understand that, in addition to collecting Personal Information, Obvio will also gather information that does not personally identify you regarding your use of the Obvio Site ("Anonymous Information").
